Tourism kicks off the first of the Summer Parties

This Saturday saw the dry run through of our weekly music event, Tourism, at Field Works. Bolt has joined up with leading music management company Kartel to produce a series of summer events to explore their diverse range of labels, artists and dj's. Alongside the great music, and it was really great music, was the team from Platterform serving up food and drink. This included a Jamaica vs Bali BBQ off with spicy pork satay on one side taking on jerk chicken skewers. Everyone was kept well lubricated with beers from Piston head and Appleton rum to hammer it home. A record fair was set up, and a second Bolt sound system in the shop, with Bradley Hall of the New Originals spinning some 7 inch rarities. A good few motorcycles made it down, and alongside the Black Skulls we worked our way through the bar till late in to the night.

So don't worry that you missed it because this coming week we kick off for real, and this time the weather is going to be very hot. There's parking for motorcycles and we're getting started at 2pm, going on until 12am, followed by an after party. Come down, spread the word, and let's make the most of the summer whilst it lasts!
